Have you taken our Self-Health Assessment? This great tool allows you to use BMI (Body Mass Index) and waist circumference as an initial assessment to see if you have a healthy body weight. Your personalised assessment will also review key lifestyle choices, eating habits and physical activity, helping you identify the steps you need to take in your transition to a healthier lifestyle.
The Power of Education
You will be educated and supported on your journey to improved health through daily motivational emails and informative weekly trainings. You will receive practical advice, encouragement, and invaluable information that will introduce you to simple yet effective lifestyle changes to help you enhance your health. You will learn the importance of combining a healthy diet, a modest exercise program and high quality nutritional supplements.
Be Accountable
As a member of the Program you will have access to an easy to use Personal Lifestyle Journal which enables you to record your daily food intake, exercise and nutritional supplementation. Your journal entries will be automatically graded, guiding you to the areas you need to focus on most.
Self Evaluation
When following the Healthy for Life ANZ Program, you are encouraged to take the automated Self Health Assessment. You are also encouraged to record your physical measurements in your Health Parameters section. Use BMI (Body Mass Index) as an initial assessment to see if you have a healthy weight, or are overweight or obese. Combine the BMI score with your waist circumference measurement as a reference for body fat distribution. Lifestyle assessments such as your eating habits and physical activity will help you set realistic goals in your transition to a healthier lifestyle.
Education/Training
You will receive detailed instructions each week via email to inform you and instruct you about the scientific evidence that supports your new recommended lifestyle changes. You will also be able to download these trainings directly from the member’s section of the Healthy for Life ANZ Program web site. These weekly trainings will guide you into simple but specific lifestyle changes to help you improve your health. You will learn the importance of combining a healthy diet, a modest exercise program and cellular nutrition.
You will also receive a daily motivational and educational email. These messages will be filled with practical advice along with encouragement. They will also help motivate you to make the lifestyle changes that are necessary to achieve your goal of better health and healthy weight.
Accountability and Motivation
We have developed this sophisticated web site primarily focusing on training, motivating, challenging, and holding you accountable in your commitment to developing a healthy lifestyle. You will record every meal, your daily exercise activity, and your consumption of the recommended supplements in your Personal Lifestyle Journal provided on this web site. It will take you less than two minutes a day to record this information. Your Personal Lifestyle Journal will be automatically graded, which will guide you in where you need to improve the most.
